Hook Sweep Butterfly completion. I hope you guys have been hitting sweeps and working to finishes and last week incorporated a defense to one of those sub attacks into chaining.

Finish with any closing thoughts and going back to any deficiencies you saw amongst the adult students.

I’ll be in all week for any counsel related to anything combat sports. Just ask.

FREEDOM: As the Students what they learned about freedom this month, Do they appreciate Freedom? What will they do with their freedom?

Adjust with the room. going to be Hook Sweep though

Butterfly Guard: This week we are doing Hook Sweep from close distance (body lock) into Offense to submission. So far I have done

1. hook sweep to 3/4 mount or 1/4 guard
2. Above to 1/4 guard, bottom player counters and gets underehook, step back to heel hook for no gi, or  back step to reverse have pass
3. Hook sweep to 3/4 mount to ninja roll back take/ truck options
4. Hook to 1/4 guard to backstep to stepover 3/4 mount to cross knee cut to far side chair sit.
