Great job last week getting things back to normal after a long weekend. The Blaster Wars nerf night was a big success and we had a lot of fun. Thank you to the instructors for making the announcements and encouraging parents and kids to come. Big Welcome back to Jim James and Dallas!
BJJ Adults: Butterfly Guard Pass to Attack vs Defend
Have the bottom player defend once the top player has acquired the position after the pass has been initiated and go live from that spot.
