WEEK 3 of Dedication: With a Competition Coming up, we must understand the life of a competitor. Competitors can’t just put in part time dedication but expect the full time results. We must come to Elite/Comp Class, come to open mat and train hard with other kids or adults. Jiu Jitsu is like anything else, put in the most perfect reps possible.
