Happy New Year guys ,and Congratulations again for all of the work done last year and those that were just promoted. Moon, Cori, and I are going to have a meeting over front of house operations soon and will want to have all of the instructors present at one in the near future on how we can tighten things up so we can make things run a little smoother all around.
WOTM: Goals
BJJ: Closed Guard Fundamentals Grips, posture, getting up from the bottom, breaking guys down, working toward simple attacks. Keep it simple as many are “out of shape” from the holidays and going to be trickling in this week.
