Youth BJJ: Leg Drag- From feet on hips have them continue. if going to the back is going well, have the bottom player learn to square back up against a standing passer that has done a leg drag but not completed the pass to a downed position. Essentially it’s just tracking.

Also Andrew if you’re back….Welcome Back :)!!!!
Glad to see Jesse is feeling better and back in action. We are rescheduling the Muay Thai Prajied Testing for this Friday 6-7:30. Jesse is on the hunt for someone to run the Friday Youth Sparring class. Please let him know if you’re down to run it. Hope Andrew and Tyler are doing good on their TDY. We are taking this month off from the Flex class for me to recalibrate next months theme. The combatives class was a big hit and had sustained attendance. It was really nice seeing that. I would love for that to become its own class set and Program in the future. Congratulate Kyle Virgilio when you see him, He became a SOCP Instructor and graduated with a 100% on his test out.
Last week was cool with little Liam bringing in what seemed to be his entire class on Thursday. give him high fives for telling all of his friends about us when you see him, maybe even say something about it in front of the class for everyone to clap for him.
BJJ: sequences that arrive to the back takes we did last week(s) with finishes and escapes from the back.
Muay Thai: Basics to help prepare for those testing.
