Week 1 : Give the students the definition, and get them a HW assignment of what they can think they can do at home, school, and on the Jiu Jitsu mat to rejuvenate and go in with a fresh attentive outlook.
Basics- Lets get back to them
Advanced Classes start back up on Tuesday nights after fundamentals.
Youth– Standing fundamentals (punch blocks,Underhooks, Stance in motion, Sprawls, Body awareness)
Also point out the don’ts (staying on knees in sprawl, reaching for head throws and head locks) and the Why’s behind them.
Adults- Punch blocks, Grip Breaks, Standing Sequences that lead to the ground
