Jesse is going to corner one of his fighters he manages on Wednesday. I hope everyone has a great week. Should be filled with some good training!

Curriculums for JJ
Passing Butterfly Guard and working to replace guard from side mount, then working to replace  butterfly guard from side mount
They can start to develop a loop by weeks end for the groups.
Amongst the groups that are not so challenged by this it can be
Pass>Butterfly regard >Sweep>Pass>Other guy regard and repeat
