This Seminar I did in New Jersey in 2011. I thought it relevant to post, because of the quality of the content. Although my teaching is kind of choppy, the moves have serious validity for gi, no gi, or MMA application. It’s also what we’ve been going over lately regarding the guard attacks here in February of 2021. I hope you guys enjoy it. I was still a Brown Belt at the time. For me these moves were really taking me to the top of my game making me one of the most dangerous guard players in all of MMA. -Cole
